We want you to be 100% happy with your aftersales experience here at Halliwell Jones Chester Motorrad.
We’ll provide you with a quote before any service or repair work is performed and we'll keep you informed of any additional work required on the day using the latest video technology; allowing you to make a decision before the work on your beloved bike commences.
Highly-Skilled Technicians
All work is carried out in accordance with BMW-recommended motorcycle service schedules and warranty conditions. Our Technicians are specially trained at a purpose-built Training Academy to equip them with the necessary skills and expertise to diagnose, service and repair your BMW motorcycle.
Original BMW Bike Parts
When the time comes to repair or maintain your BMW motorcycle, we only use the quality parts your bike deserves. You can relax and enjoy your ride because every BMW motorcycle part is tested against our stringent standards and comes with a 2-year warranty.
Complimentary Vehicle Health Check
We will carry out a free-of-charge comprehensive vehicle health check when your bike is being serviced. The condition of all critical components and safety-related items are checked including brakes, suspension and tyres.
Recalls and Safety Checks
We check every bike for any outstanding factory recalls or campaigns every time your bike is booked in for a service. These will be carried out free of charge.
Courtesy Bike Fleet
We can offer you alternative transport options when your bike is in for a service. We have a fleet of BMW G 310 GS and C 400 scooters to keep you mobile whilst your bike is being serviced, which are available free of charge. Please discuss your requirements when booking a service with us.
Service Inclusive
Purchase a Service Inclusive package and all standard maintenance items, Original BMW Motorrad Parts and ADVANTEC Original BMW Engine Oil are included. Contact our Aftersales Team on 01244 393693 for a price for your motorcycle.
Service Inclusive packages can be purchased with a new or used BMW motorcycle* or at any time afterwards up until the motorcycle is 10 years old. BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive packages are ‘attached’ to the motorcycle so any remaining service benefits are transferred to the next owner. The BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive programme also allows for repeat packages to be purchased (when an existing Service Inclusive package has expired or all services completed).
