About the role: Customer Host- Chester
Here at Halliwell Jones (Chester) Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Host. The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic facility consisting of an impressive, recently modernised Aftersales Centre and Bodyshop and BMW and MINI Sales. We provide ongoing training and development together with great career progression opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure every customer interaction is positive, memorable and reflects the premium service standards associated with the brand.
- Ensure all customers are welcomed and handled in a prompt, professional and friendly manner to instigate and maintain the centre culture of consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What we're looking for
- An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Outlook)
- Natural ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
