Booking a service or MOT will now be even easier. Our capacity has now doubled, with 28 programming bays installed all with the latest diagnostic equipment and tools, ensuring your BMW is looked after to the highest possible standard.

On arrival our warm & friendly Service team are on hand to check you in. Alternatively, we have available two self-check in machines, which are simple and easy to use.

Whilst your BMW is with us, your vehicle will receive two brand-new services where we’ll carry out a wheel alignment check and body damage check. This is carried out immediately when the vehicle is driven in to the workshop prior to any work being started. The Fastlign and Bodyguard machines scan the vehicle and produce an automatic report, providing a full overview of the condition of your wheels and bodywork.

Throughout the day you’ll receive progress updates from our Service team. In addition, every customer will also receive a vehicle health check video carried out by our fully certified Technicians. This will provide you with a full overview of the condition of over 10 key items on your BMW.

For customers looking to borrow a loan car, our fleet has now increased. To reserve a vehicle, please speak to a member of the team at the initial point of booking. Alternatively, our friendly team can arrange for a taxi to collect you and take you to your next destination.
